Compass Reset

It's surprisingly easy to find ourselves somewhere we barely recognise. Sometimes that confusion is welcome - a sign that we're uncertain, yes, but also on the edge of learning something new. That can be profound, even exciting.

Other times, though, a few faulty pattern matches leave us feeling disjointed and dissatisfied - with ourselves, and perhaps with the people around us who seem to be nudging us in directions our inner compass simply doesn't recognise as Home. Maybe it's a group, a relationship, or a course of study you quietly question, all the while blaming yourself for not quite understanding.

Compass Reset workshops are built with all of this in mind, but above all, with the goal of helping you rediscover your own authenticity and confidence.

As with all our workshops, this one begins with you as a unique individual and moves forward from there. Groups are kept small so there's room for exactly that.

• Discovery session (optional, to find out more): $30
• Initial counselling hypnosis session: $175
• Workshop attendance: $50 per workshop, sold in blocks of six

For those drawn to working with their Astrology chart, this can be woven into the initial counselling hypnosis (astrology) session, giving you a firm foundation and a guiding hand throughout.
