Learn Astrology Workshop

Because you are not learning astrology in the abstract.

You are learning it through a chart that already describes a life you know intimately — your own.

There may be particular areas you want astrology to help you explore: relationships, work, family, timing, confidence, recurring patterns, important decisions or simply understanding why certain parts of life seem to work the way they do.

Your personal consultation gives us time to identify those areas before the workshops begin.

Then, as you learn planets, houses, aspects and techniques, you have something meaningful to connect them to.

You aren't just memorising astrology. You are beginning to recognise it.

A foundation.

Astrology is a very large subject. Every astrologer will tell you that there is always more to learn.

So rather than pretending we can squeeze the whole of astrology into six hours, we do something much more useful.

We build a framework that helps you understand:

• what the planets represent
• where the houses locate those themes in life
• how aspects describe relationships between different parts of the chart
• how the pieces begin to work together
• how different astrological techniques can eventually answer different kinds of questions

Once you have that framework, you are no longer staring at a chart wondering where to begin.

You can start asking better questions.

And better questions are where astrology becomes really interesting.

You don't need to become a professional astrologer to become remarkably knowledgeable about your own chart.

Imagine beginning to recognise the particular areas of life that are being activated when an important transit arrives.

Instead of simply hearing that “Saturn is doing something difficult” or that “Jupiter is bringing opportunity”, you can begin asking:

Where is this happening in my chart?

What part of my life is involved?

What is being asked of me?

Where might the opportunity be?

Over time, your chart can become less like a mysterious diagram interpreted by somebody else and more like a language you can participate in yourself.

You may not become an expert astrologer in six weeks. But you can begin becoming an expert on yourself.

Because everyone in the room becomes part of the learning.

You might understand something intellectually when we look at your own chart — and then suddenly understand it much more deeply when you see how differently the same principle behaves in somebody else's.

This is especially fascinating with relationships.

Different charts want different things. React differently. Experience the same transits differently. And sometimes the astrology that describes one person's natural way of operating sits directly against another person's.

So even when relationships aren't the week's formal topic, they tend to show up naturally in the room.

By the end of the workshop you won't only know more about your own chart. You will have started developing a feel for how charts differ.

That is a huge step in understanding astrology properly.

The aim of this workshop is to make astrology relevant and useful in your life, from your perspective.

As your understanding grows, you can begin relating astrology to the questions that actually arise in your life — monthly, yearly and sometimes even daily.

You may eventually want to explore timing techniques, relationships, annual themes, particular houses, career questions or important periods of change.

The workshop doesn't try to teach every advanced technique.

Instead, it gives you enough structure to recognise that different astrological questions may need different astrological tools — and enough confidence to continue exploring them.

The $25 Astrology Tuesdays are designed as relaxed weekly get-togethers where we look at what is happening in the sky now.

We talk about current transits, current configurations and what might be worth noticing or working with.

This workshop gives you the foundations underneath that.

Once you understand more about your own chart, current transits become much richer because you can begin seeing where they are landing for you.

And after the workshop finishes, Astrology Tuesdays can become a great place to keep practising.
