Special Timing Techniques - Working with Profections

Profections is a year by year timing technique.  Each new birthday you arrive at a new House in your Chart, always coming back to your first house with multiples of 12.  So, at your 12th birthday you were experiencing a First House Profection.  At 24 the same.  At 36 the same.  But at 42 your Profection year will be or was a Seventh House Year.  We all start at zero at the First House.  

Angular House years usually offer the greatest amount of energy and the greatest amount of opportunities perhaps because of this.  Profections is an interesting way to work with your Astrology chart in predictive work, or just recognizing these opportunities, or hindrances, you would not normally notice.  Thereby enabling you to navigate your life with some extra information that allows you to comprehend your terrain in much more depth.
